1.

Trauma

Many people are exposed to trauma as early as in their childhood years. Be it days or years after the event, those traumas can have lasting effects that prevent you moving forward. Trauma therapy can help you unpack your past and acknowledge it while remaining grounded in the present.

2.

Anxiety

Persistent feelings of anxiety and a “What if?” thought pattern can prevent you from living comfortably and peacefully. Anxiety doesn’t have to interfere with your day-to-day life, though. Therapy can provide you with the necessary tools to loosen anxiety’s grip and cope with daily stressors.

3.

Depression

When depression sets in, finding the positives in life can be more challenging than ever. But feelings of hopelessness, sadness, restlessness, and emptiness don’t define you. In therapy, you can learn ways to manage the difficult symptoms of depression and learn to prevent future periods of it.

4.

Life Transitions

From retirement, moving cities, or losing a loved one to marriage, graduating school, or family conflict, life transitions can stir up painful and challenging emotions. During therapy, you’ll encounter new ways of seeing a situation and learn how to navigate complex feelings.

Therapy Sessions

My Approach

I strive to help clients feel encouraged to take on each day with a fresh perspective, beginning in the comfort of a safe and accepting therapeutic space. In my sessions, I use several modalities of talk therapy alongside a holistic, whole-person approach.

About me

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. When I started college, I knew therapy was the way I wanted to do so. Since graduating with my MSW 10 years ago, I have worked to listen and offer support to all who step through my doors, collaborating with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
